Who We Are

Blue Sky was established by Joe Bugden, who has 30 years’ experience in both the commercial and not-for-profit sectors, and has worked in Human Resources Management, Project and General Management.

Joe has a B.A. from the University of Sydney, a Masters degree from the University of New England, and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Arts Management from the University of Technology, Sydney.

He is currently completing an Advanced Diploma in Accounting at the Tasmanian Polytechnic Institute.

Joe is lecturer in Business Skills at the School of Art, University of Tasmania.
